Monessen Athletic Department PIAA Physical Information for 2025-2026 School Year

The Monessen Athletic Department will have Sports Physicals for the 2025-2026 school year on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM in the Nurse’s Office at Monessen High School on a first-come, first-served basis. To be placed on the list, student-athletes must complete the following steps: PIAA Physical Forms can be found in Ms. Naccarato’s Office or the High School Office. The form can also be downloaded at https://monessenathletics.bigteams.com under Announcements.Student-athletes must take these forms home and have their parent/guardian fill out all information on all pages, in their entirety. Please make sure the parent/guardian signature and student-athlete signature, as well as all medical information, are provided on each page. Attached is a flyer with a QR code to the website where Monessen fans can purchase tickets for Saturday’s Football Game at Bishop Canevin. Cash tickets will be available at the gate, but the online tickets will be $1 less expensive, even with the service fee, than the cash tickets for adults. Plus, fans who buy in advance will get in faster than waiting in line.
